To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.

• All service fees will be detailed in individual agreements with clients.
• Payments must be made in full before campaign initiation unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate advertising materials and comply with advertising policies.
• Ensure that advertisements comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Be responsible for the accuracy and legality of content provided.

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website belong to Greens Promotions Marketing Agency or its licensors.
• Clients retain ownership of their marketing materials but grant us a license to use them for advertising purposes.

• We do not guarantee specific results from media buying campaigns.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, or other advertising networks).
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services within the last three months.

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data and marketing strategies.
• We comply with data protection regulations applicable to our operations.

• We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms.
• Clients may terminate their contract with prior written notice, subject to agreed cancellation terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
